Generation 1 Satellites

Dragonette-001

Dragonette-001, launched via SpaceX’s Transporter 7 Ride Share mission in April 2023, provides 23 spectral bands with a spectral resolution of 20 nm – 32 nm and a spectral band center wavelength range of 500 nm – 800 nm.

Dragonette-002

Dragonette-002, launched via SpaceX’s Transporter 8 Ride Share mission in June 2023, offers 32 spectral bands with a spectral resolution of 18 nm – 35 nm and a spectral band center wavelength range of 445 nm – 880 nm.

Dragonette-003

Dragonette-003 will be launched in late 2023 and will provide 32 spectral bands with a spectral resolution of 18 nm – 35 nm and a spectral band center wavelength range of 445 nm – 880 nm.

Deployable Optics  

Generation 3 will include telescopes that are compact on launch and deploy once in space, meaning we pack better performance in a smaller, cheaper-to-launch package. One of the key advantages of using deployable optics is that they enable capture of higher-resolution data compared to a satellite of a similar size equipped a fixed telescope.
